Papa John’s armed robbery suspect arrested
Cops nab green-eyehole pizza parlor suspect

Brandishing a handgun and wearing a green T-shirt over his head with eyeholes cut in it, a man described as a white male of medium height and build and light-colored hair held up Papa John’s pizza parlor, 330 Robert Smalls Parkway, on June 5.
A man meeting that description has been arrested and charged with the robbery, according to information contained in a news release from Chief Matthew Clancy of the Beaufort police department today.
Investigators have charged 23-year-old Travis Kyle Walls of 133 Falls Road with armed robbery. Falls Road is located in Bon Aire Estates in the Shell Point area.
Kyle is accused of entering the restaurant at around 11:00 P.M. on June 5, pointing a pistol at employees and demanding money.
A search warrant was served on Walls’ residence last week. He was arrested without incident today at the Beaufort police department.
Other subjects are suspected of complicity in this case. The investigation is ongoing.
