Overnight Flagging on McTeer Bridge through September
United Contractors and Misener Marine will pour concrete for the foundation of the new McTeer Bridge span from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. through the month of September.
This will require work crews to flag motorists on the bridge during these hours. Drivers may experience delays and are asked to look out for workers on foot.
The construction project is part of the SC 802 transportation improvements project. It was approved by voters for sales tax funding in 2006. For a complete review of this highway improvement project and others, visit the “HWY Project” tab on the home page of the County web site: www.bcgov.net.
