Beaufort County Transportation Committee meeting, agenda here

The Beaufort County Transportation Committee (BCTC) will meet July 28 at 7:00 p.m. at the Beaufort-Jasper-Hampton Comprehensive Health Services Clinic located at 721 Okatie Highway (SC 170).

The BCTC is composed of 11 members from County electoral districts. They are appointed by the Beaufort County Legislative Delegation. The primary focus of the BCTC is to pave and improve publicly-owned dirt and secondary roads within Beaufort County. Projects are funded by SCDOT “C” Funds generated from a 2.66 cent per gallon user fee on gasoline sales.
