    May 10: School board meets in secret today on racial quota agreement

    The 11-member Beaufort County Board of education meets to at 3:30 p.m. in executive session. On the agenda is an update on the agreement the board has with the U.S. Office for Civil Rights. That agreement sets quotas for the racial makeup of schools within the Beaufort County School District.

      I think it is high time we drop the racial quota imposed on our schools! Stop making our children pay for the abuses of our great-grandparents!
