    April 20: Beaufort City Council work session today, agenda here

    Beaufort’s city council will hold a special meeting and work session, open to the public, on Tuesday, April 20, at 5:00 p.m. The event will take place at city hall, 302 Carteret Street.

    Agenda items include:

    Discussion with Paul Sommerville regarding school capital construction
    fees (impact fees)
    B. Budget Discussion – fire operational plan
    C. Discussion regarding form base code
    D. Presentation on buggy tours study
    E. Discussion regarding intergovernmental agreement – Southside Park Pond
