Daytime flagging this week on SC 802, Lady’s Island

Sanders Brothers Construction Company will flag motorists this week, Monday, March 8 through Friday, March 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on S.C. 802 on Lady’s Island while crews install curb and gutter and asphalt.

The construction is scheduled on 802 between US 21 and Meridian Road. It is part of the 802 improvement project which includes a new bridge span adjacent to the McTeer Bridge and road widening and intersection improvements in the Shell Point area. It is one of ten highway projects funded largely through a voter-approved sales tax.
